A longtime resident of the greater Los Angeles area, Christopher “Chris” Throgmorton directs purchasing, projects, vendor management, and public safety for Covered 6 in Simi Valley, California. Over his eight years with Covered 6, Christopher Throgmorton has developed vendor relationships nationwide and represented the company at a range of industry meetings and conventions.
For the past five years, he has concurrently managed external vendor relations and global regulatory operations for Amgen in Thousand Oaks, California. His responsibilities with Amgen include guiding all group statements of work (SOWs) and service level agreements (SLAs) from creation to finalization.
Chris Throgmorton formerly served in a series of leadership positions in law enforcement and the military. He holds a master of business administration from California Lutheran University.
Outside the professional environment, Chris Throgmorton is a dedicated weightlifter and martial arts enthusiast. He is also a board member of the Kid Gloves Boxing Foundation and a supporter of the Children’s Hospital of Orange County.
